A New (Old) Photo & A Progress Update.

Hello Everybody,
The winter was really boring around here and there weren’t many quality photography opportunities. But, luckily there has been an exceptional warm streak this March in the Chicago area and with that warmth I have been out a lot lately making some new photos. I’ve been working on My bird photography (always a challenge) and have been going to a lot of new Forest Preserves in the area. I also recently polished off a roll of B&W film and I am excited to get that developed to see how those pictures came out.

I was working on editing my latest work today when I came across a picture of some mushrooms I had taken in Yosemite that I somehow ignored. Sometimes it can take a second, third or 25th look to really see the potential in a photograph.

Thanks for stopping by!

Going Old School

I currently shoot 100% Digital, but I’m going to be changing that soon. I am going to start experimenting with shooting in B&W film for certain subjects. Should be fun!
